The controversial red and yellow card in Phuket has already resulted in the deportation of some foreigners. Will it be introduced anywhere else? The Thai parliament has been dissolved paving the way for an election in May. Presidents Putin and Xi meet in Moscow, and the policeman, who died as a result of last week's Bangkok shootout, had marijuana in his system, according to the autopsy. Plus an update about the 45 day visa waiver... will it be extended?
