I asked my wife if she knew how to offer a bribe, and she didn't know. I suggested: มีวิธีพิเศษไหม, or มีวิธีที่เร็วกว่านี้ไหม.

Depends where you are and who you trying to bribe. In a village the village chief, if not possible to do it directly, or asked for personally. Other places I heard you should talk to someone with a lower rank, or an agent from visa office, legal papers etc. More serious cases lawyers.

อำนวยความสะดวก to facilitate (your) convenience is quite direct, but not actually outright asking to bribe so their face remains intact
