In the progress to get a 1 year extension of my visa-B the immigration officer asked me if I could prove my income with my bank book. (I’m not a teacher; the 1 year visa is in the manufacturing sector, and worked here for several years)

They also complained that the factory works photo’s printed on regular paper where not clear enough, lucky they accepted this, but the comment was next year on photo paper. (This visa thing is getting an expensive and labor intensive event, color inkjet ink, photo paper 7 sheets)

I did read here at TV about the pictures of the factory labor force, but never hear I needed to show my bank book to prove my income for a visa-B extension….is this new?
