SGD
I'm coming back for a longer stay of a few months and I need a gym, either inside a hotel (unlikely) or outside (probably). I have not decided on exactly where I will stay yet so I guess I'm considering Jomtien (not too far down), Pratumnak, central Pattaya and north Pattaya up to about the Dolphin roundabout, maybe a little higher. I won't have transport so no mega difficult routes off the beaten track etc. I'm not looking for cheap or best value, I'm looking for the best. Thanks. SGD
Neither of these places has a functioning website with details and they use gmail accounts. Weird for a business.

Tho floors and lots of exercise bikes, etc. They have showers, not sure about saunas. 2,800 baht monthly. Not the cheapest but a very modern gym. They also have a restaurant with protein shakes and healthy meals, etc. Also many personal trainers on hand. 5,000 for 5 one hours sessions and three extra sessions thrown in for newcomers. The gym is never really crowded and the m,ix is about 70% Thai and 30% farangs. Really pleasant staff and stunners on the front desk ????
