Popular Post Bandersnatch
Tesla Powerwall installations available in Thailand starting at 699,000 baht The Tesla Powerwall starts at 699,000 baht ($20,574.86). Srikcir
I can only speculate. Thus, the high price is probably that the Power Wall 2 made in the US. In Australia sells for $17,000-18,000 without a Solar Rebate (lowers price to $14,000). So the large price increase overseas may be due to customs duty (includes value for shipping and demurrage costs), lack of significant solar rebates, VAT, and lack of trade treaty pricing. There might also be some trade protectionism involved as a similar product is made in China that has virtually free trade with Thailand.

rwill
This might be cheaper: https://www.srnesolar.com/product/all-in-one-energy-storage-system-ess-sr-eov05c-220 But anyway I don't think either of them would be PEA approved. Meanwhile I'm happy to drive around the neighborhood with 1/10th of the cost of a gasoline car with my EV....
