So which one can I buy and get Software for it e.g. at MBK ? Garmin has a store in Bangkok, is in the office complex above McDonalds by the BTS station at Chong Nonsi. The girls in there are very helpful and will give you chance to see the stuff working. I am sure they can sell you the right one. I have a garmin Edge for my mountain bike. I didn't buy it in Thailand and they don't stock it but they still managed to repair it for me, and they did it for free. danone Posted July 6, 2007 Share Posted July 6, 2007 garmin nüvi 660 at above mentioned garmin distributor. its a pearl, that device, it comes with thai and us-american maps, the european map they dont have in stock, but you can easily buy that one when you're in europe. just yesterday, driving back to bkk from sattahip, the highway was all jammed. the nüv 660 guided me along beautiful unused smaller roads - just one of those moments where i congratulated myself to having bought that device.
