Read Write Speak Thai app become Thai Drill

Featured Replies

Hello everyone,

I recently rebuilt the app "Read Write Speak Thai" and changed its name to "Thai Drill".

It's a new name for a new concept, but still has the same core idea.

The goal is to come back every day for 5 minutes or however long you have available to "drill" a specific area of the Thai language.

As a beginner, you might want to start with consonants and vowels and then progress to tones, words, and finally sentences. Our core concept focuses on words, where we show the color for tones. For example, a high-tone word will be shown in red. We hope that by drilling the word multiple times, you'll be able to associate the color with the tone and help you to pronounce it correctly effortlessly.

The app also contains small games and quizzes to test yourself and track your progression (offline only). We do not collect any information in the app that can identify you (we have some global analytics and some crash reports). The app is offline first.

If you're using an Apple device, you can find it here: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/thai-drill/id1514751982.

If you're using an Android device, you can find it here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.joba.readthaifun.

Every feedback matters, so please let us know what you like, what you don't like, and what you would want to see in the app.
