thaigerd
OK, here it is, my 1000th post on ThaiVisa! It is(where else)dedicated to the food subforum. I've made a Beef Pie, my ingredients: For the beef stuffing: Beef, top round, 1kg Onions, 750g Carrots, 3pcs Potatoes, 3pcs Tomato paste, small can I did not thicken it because the amount of onions and the potatoes. Pie crust: Flour, 500g Egg yolks, 2pcs Butter, 250g Salt and a bit of water Pie crust has been prebaked for about 20 minutes. Covered with puff pie pastry(ready made from the supermarket, too lazy to make it) Some pics from the cooking&baking: I still have some smaller size ones in the oven made from the left over puffpastry, they are looking very appealing and as usual I've cooked far too much.... So, when you're living near by come and get some free samples for tonight's Wimbledon or Formula 1 watching. Last pic from my"Junior Puff Pastry Beef Pies": Gerd
