BritManToo Posted June 13, 2023 Posted June 13, 2023 Lots of waterfalls close in monsoon as too dangerous. I remember swimming in one near Petchabun when the rangers gathered us all up and escorted us out as it was raining upstream. 1 1
dinsdale Posted June 13, 2023 Posted June 13, 2023 BUTT! No rain next month. That's what the experts say. What a bunch of morons running the show here. Rain. No rain. Inflation at lowest point. Egg prices at highest point. Tourist numbers up. Tourist numbers down. Exports down. Economy up. Etc., etc. There's only one thing you can bank on. Thai baht is strong. 2
sabaiguy Posted June 13, 2023 Posted June 13, 2023 I'm perplexed with this Thai obsession with waterfalls Where I live (Chiang Rai) there are highways signs everywhere directing you a nearby waterfall. I've seen a few, usually a little less than impressive. 1
