ITV issued a statement addressing a media shareholding controversy involving the leader of the Move Forward Party. The statement clarified a discrepancy between the official minutes from a shareholders meeting and a video recording of the same meeting. ITV explained that a written report stating the company was still conducting business activities mentioned in the registration does not imply its involvement in the media business. The report simply indicates that the company operates according to its registered objectives and is not defunct. ITV mentioned that its financial income for the previous year came from investments and interest.
