Can't open SSA website

I haven't been able to open the US social security website   ssa.gov    for a couple of days.

I can get to the front page, but when I try to sign in it says...can't be reached....???

Anyone else having this problem.

is OK

"Sign in" times out as unreachable.

Response from secure.ssa.gov took too long.

 

Repeated with VPN to USA.

Basically the same just saying "closed unexpectedly".

 

Would assume it's a fault on their side?

They don't show any problems on their site/Facebook.

Online only available during "service hours".
