Hi all,

I understand from this forum it is possible to extend one of my 90 day non-o entries for an additional 60 days.

My visa will expire on 28 July.

My question is: can I apply for the extension any time this month or does it have to be close to the expiration?

Also, is there any supporting documentation I need to supply other than the obvious?

Thanks in advance.

You have a non O based on marriage?

You can apply for 60 day extension to visit wife.

Usually that would be done in last couple of weeks of expiry of your stamp

There is no problem getting a 60-day extension of your permission to stay at Immigration. They will usually do it up to four weeks before the expiry of your existing permission to stay.
