Anyone have a recommendation for a physical therapist for shoulder issues? I need some fairly specific and experienced guidance on stretches and exercises for recovering from "frozen shoulder". I have heard great things about Ajarn Noi at Chiang Moi Physiotherapy and planned on seeing her on this trip, but she is taking a break for now. Thanks.

Frozen shoulder is nasty, I found ultra sonic massage to be extremely helpful. Good luck with your recovery.

There are a LOT of great physical therapy videos on YouTube, and they are quite specific and easy enough to follow.

Mungkala acupuncture and Chinese medicine clinic [inside the moat] helped me recover from a pinched nerve... I would give it a try.

You don't have anything YouTube can't fix.

I used one of those cheap NIR lights, got it on Lazada, sent from China, great for me after about 2 weeks use, never needed it since
