tomazbodner
Go to AIS shop and tell them you want to move the number to True. Pay all outstanding bills. Go to True shop and show them the letter that the outstanding bills were paid off and number unlocked. True will give you new SIM, which will activate after transfer is finished in a couple of days. A few gotchas - need to make sure to have same document shown as what was used to open the number and that name is typed in the same way (sometimes all caps, sometimes all small). If there's discrepancy, the transfer might fail. If it fails, you need to do it again, but at that time you might have no outstanding balance or only for a couple of days of usage.
