That would depend on the Make of phone, and what's exactly wrong with it.

Almost any phone shop can replace the glass/screen and battery.

It's a Samsung. There is a thread on the computer forum about it.

just do what i did last week,   ordered a new one on Shopee .....  they're cheap enough now.

Then take it to the Samsung depot, ask for an estimate before any work is done.

No, the Samsung Main HQ. I am sure there is one in every large town, incl Phitchit.
