One-way ticket on SE TV?

Featured Replies

I have just received my single entry tourist visa from the consulate here... I am Australian.

Anyone know if you're still OK with a one-way ticket to Thailand on this visa? Never had a problem before but wondered if things were still the same.

I know I could use an onward ticket service, but if I don't need to, so much the better.

Thanks.

No (and am happy to be corrected) but if you have the tourist visa than one way is fully acceptable

Its when you're one way inbound without a Tourist visa in advance that problems can occur at check in

There have been rare reports of problems at check in when using a one-way ticket while holding a valid visa. However, I believe these have been because airline staff misread the regulations. You should be fine.
