Outgoing Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha congratulated Srettha Thavisin on Wednesday, who is to become the new prime minister of Thailand.

His name is Prayut, but you may affectionately call him Lung Tu.

So, when will that be - days, weeks, a couple of months?

If some enthusiastic stickler for the rules dons his yellow  underpants and deposits a petition with the EC or the courts, will that have to be dealt with before any swearing in?

Yes, honor among thieves.

"Congratulations. Just as we planned it".

I'm surprised he had time, he seemed to be very busy appointing new military successors before the new Administration could thwart him.

What country is developing? You are not referring to the Banana Republic of Thailand surely.
