(Well, as full a service as before the move.). The office is at the W end of the complex, ‘behind’ the passport office. You need to leave the main building and cross the road into the carpark. If I go to Tops I have to get there before 9 am and if there is space put the bike right outside the front entrance, when it isn't blocked off with tape and metal barriers. You cannot see it until you walk down to the mall and look right.
