On August 29th, it was reported that Pol. Gen. Thitipong Sangsanguan, the Chief of Police, instructed Pol. Col. Teerasak Chantharapiphop, the Superintendent of DSI (Department of Special Investigation), to lead DSI officers in expanding the investigation and arrests, reported Daily News.

The focus was on three targeted areas, leading to the apprehension of four suspects: Ms. Suwipha, 24, Thai; Mr. Pramote, 43, Thai; Ms. Najoo, 45, Laotian; and Mr. Worasit, 61, Thai.

All four suspects denied involvement, stating that they would address the charges in court.

At first, law enforcement pressed charges against them encompassing various counts, including:

drug trafficking, aiding and abetting significant drug-related felonies,

plotting to engage in severe drug violations, having possession of Category 2 substances (methamphetamine) with intent to sell,

running an unlicensed establishment, illicitly vending alcohol without proper authorization, surpassing lawful alcohol trading hours, allowing the presence of weapons and drugs on their premises,

operating communication equipment without a license, and sheltering undocumented immigrants.

Subsequently, the suspects were apprehended and are presently under custody as part of an ongoing inquiry.
