I once bought a computer monitor for 35,000 THB; upon receipt, it didn’t seem to be working, so I contacted the supplier in BKK. After making an appointment, I drove there with the monitor, but the problem turned out to be my own fault – there was an on/off button I hadn’t spotted – so I took the monitor back home. Months later, I noticed a refund of 35,000 THB on my wallet. Coincidentally, it was also on Lazada.
