webfact
On August 30th, 66, at Prachar Akarakh Building, Central Investigation Bureau, Phaholyothin Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok, officials from the Disease Control Division, Bangkok Health Office, joined a rat eradication mission. A team of 10 members from the Bangkok Metropolitan Health Office traveled to collect and replace rat traps, featuring baited fish pieces, in various locations with rat activity, reported Siam Rath. Building officials are participating. A member of the Bangkok Health Office's rat-catching team shared that today's approach involves splitting into groups, strategically placing and refreshing traps simultaneously, increasing efficiency. Though cautious, rats continue to be lured by the strong scent of fish bait, making it the preferred bait. As of now, specific numbers captured have not been disclosed. The rat eradication operation by Bangkok Health Office will continue for one more day, concluding tomorrow.
