OneMoreFarang Posted September 10, 2023 Share Posted September 10, 2023 On some property websites in Thailand you will find some details about a list of costs and percentages, but as far as I see there are no exact calculations. When I bought my condominium, I tried to find out the details, and failed. Me seller suggested a sales price with the condition that he pays all cost. I liked that deal a lot better than "we share the cost 50/50" or something like that because there was no room to argue or (for me) to worry about.
