Everyone I know throws those out of the burger, sliced pickled gherkins are available at numerous places throughout Thailand, unfortunately including McDonlads burgers.

We did a thread on that before here. I just had a kaiser roll with liver pate topped with polskie ogorki mega-crunch dill pickles. Sorry...
