September 15, 20232 yr Hi, Can anyone recommend an IT technician that provides an on-site service. I have a HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 printer. Worked fine on my Dell computer and my partner's Dell computer. Then we moved condo. Can print from my partner's Dell computer (6 year old computer) but won't from my much newer Dell computer. I have spent hours watching YouTube videos on how to fix this specific issue but to no avail. I don't want to waste any more of my time trying to fix it as I have other important things to do. Any recommendation on someone to come to my condo in Phromphong to fix greatly appreciated. Thanks.
September 15, 20232 yr There's your problem, it's an HP product. After owning numerous HP products throughout the years only to be dissatisfied I have vowed to never buy HP again. Toss it and buy a different brand..... printer, I would go with a Brother or Canon.

September 16, 20232 yr Author Hi, Not getting much response to my question. The one guy that did responsd seems uncontactable now. I would be very grateful if someone could recommend and IT guy that could help either at my condo remotely. Thanks.

This is what I did when my new laptop would not connect with my Fuji-Xerox laser printer. I did have to go to the Fuji-Xerox website and download/install the correct drivers. Everything then worked prefect.
