Retirement visa

You can't apply for a visa at Immigration. You have to apply at an embassy or consulate. 

 

Once you get it, Immigration can extend it for you if you meet their criteria.

 

FYI I think the old Immigration office in Songkhla Town closed over a decade ago.

you can apply for a non immigrant O visa at local immigration offices as part of a conversion 2,000thb, financials apply

Thanks for clarifying that Steve. But my question remains-does anyone know if I can do that at Songkhla town or do I need to go to Hat Yai?
