Chillypom
Can anyone advise how long before departure one can obtain a single entry re-entry permit? Previously I departed Thailand 3 weeks after renewing annual visa so got both at the same time, thus saving a visit to the beloved Immigration Office. This year I’ll be departing almost 3 months after my visa renewal and was wondering if I could still obtain both together. Appreciate any advice and insight, thanks
dick turpin
If obtained at same time as extension your re-entry permit will be good for the full year. You will now no doubt get a string of posts telling you it is far easier to pick one up at the airport ...but for peace of mind Edited October 3, 2023 by dick turpin 1
DrJack54
OP, at immigration office you can obtain it anytime prior to exit. At airport obtained at time of departure. Be aware that CW currently has long queues without appointment
