The actor, who was best known for playing Chandler Bing on Friends, was found dead at a Los Angeles-area home on Saturday.

TMZ reported that Perry was found in a jacuzzi at the home, and no drugs were found at the scene.

Warner Bros. issued a statement about the beloved star: “We are devastated by the passing of our dear friend Matthew Perry. Matthew was an incredibly gifted actor and an indelible part of the Warner Bros. Television Group family. The impact of his comedic genius was felt around the world, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of so many. This is a heartbreaking day, and we send our love to his family, his loved ones, and all of his devoted fans."

Poor guy had it rough.  Success at 25, million bucks a week.  He was making the rounds of talk shows not long ago pushing a book.  I'm watching him tell of his stupid druggie stunts wondering "who thought this is interesting enough to put on a TV show?"

Rough wouldn't be the word I'd use.   Still had a net worth of over 100+ mill today.   Amazing how they function so well in some aspects of life, and fall miserably in others.

Those show biz windfalls are gone for good. You'd be lucky to see a mil out of a Netflix series.

What Netflix dross will have the legs of a Friends or a Seinfeld? Will people want to watch Is It Cake? even a year from now?

Is It Cake? def gets some viewership in pot bars.
