Trump Harris: Who won the debate ?
Anyone that claims Trump won this debate has no credibility the same as anyone who claimed Biden won the second debate. As far as another debate which Harris has proposed Trump will avoid that like the plague. -

Well Fox is still doing their best to defend Trump and his policies, but when Trump fails as miserably as he did during the debate, they simply have to speak some truth in order to retain some credibility with their viewers. They are correct in stating that Harris was very effective in goading Trump into losing his cool and going completely off the rails, they are also correct in saying that he never smiles (and that he appears to be a very bitter and grumpy man). Harris won handily. Now let's see if it makes a difference with the undecided voters, the polls over the next few weeks should be quite fascinating. -

Extension of stay based on current ext. Thai wife to retirement
Concur with @DrJack54 For the very first extension of stay application following entry from a Non Imm O-A visa, Immigration will insist the extension is based on retirement as the O-A was specifically based on that reason. Thereafter, if married to a Thai, you can change the reason for the extension from retirement to marriage with no Health Insurance requirement. It only sticks with you unless you change the type of visa, or the reason for an extension of stay. Prior to Covid, many folk that entered on the Non Imm O-A and later obtained extensions of stay, departed Thailand without a re-entry permit to kill of any remaining permission of stay, then either re-entered on a Non Imm O visa, or VE > Non O > extension, to avail themselves of the mandatory Health Insurance requirements. -

Floor tiles suddenly lifting with a bang
Just been wondering about that....can I ask a question? We have gaps and grouting.....not a problem, but the grouting does look grubby. I've noticed in many places they lay tiles with no gap at all....looks super neat....how do they get away with that? -

He had a few weak moments. Much worse was how he tried to blame Kamala and Joe for the inflation, when Americans know it's not their fault. But then Kamala did the same with Covid, blaming Trump for Covid, which was equally ridiculous. Basically both lied a lot. Trump won most of the arguments and finished strong. But he talked excessively about his record and came up with the stupid pet eating comment, if it hadn't been for that there would have been a strong case for him having won. -

When my Citibank account was taken over by NAB the smallprint advised me the the $250k government guarantee now applied over both banks (whereas it was $250k for each bank prior to buy-out). I think the Suncorp takeover by ANZ was the same, now only one guarantee instead of two? -
