As the US top dog Donald Trump touches down in the Turkish capital of Ankara for the NATO Leaders Summit - along with around 1,400 of his minions - a very strange tradition is raising its head once again.

Everything that the charismatic 80-year-old relieves his body of will not touch foreign soil. 

Instead, it'll be collected in his personal toilet system, watched hawk-like by accompanying members of the Secret Service with pegs on their nose.

But what in God's name is this all about?

Everyone but blind Freddy knows Trump isn't as healthy as he claims. Didn't know though that dementia and other mental illnesses could be diagnosed from his faeces.

Adversaries could do checks on the brown gold to see whether Trump was suffering from any ailments or diseases .
