Mr. Poramase Ngampiches, the Mayor of Pattaya, presided over the November 6th conference, stating that this tournament is part of the city’s sports initiative to promote tourism. According to Poramase, basketball is a widely played sport among the youth in Pattaya. It helps promote their physical development for overall health and fosters unity.
