Non-O Marriage Visa Extension: Any updates?

My annual Non-O Marriage visa will be expiring in mid-April 2024. Just checking if there are any updates to the requirements (My IO is at Chaeng Wattana, Bangkok):

1. Bank account showing >THB400K "seasoned" (lay-over) for >2 months prior to application date. Is this still the requirement as I read somewhere that we need to "seasoned" the deposit for >3 months prior to application date.

2. New TM30 approval required using the new TM30 website process? My TM30 was done 5 years ago and I am still living at the same address and my 90-Day report is current, at the same address.

3. Other "changes", if any since March 2022.

I did a 1 year extension recently everything was the same as last year.

I haven't had to renew a TM 30 for 5yrs (Trat IO)

Jomtien asking for forms TM 4782/361/282-342/62-54891/2. and if you own a dog black and white BW 2456/3842/61. brown and white BW (2) 2478/9423/85. From 1st Jan 24.

I did mine in October @ Nakhonsawan and everything was the same as last year

The TM30 is now online however you can't print a document from the online system. You have to produce a printed TM30 for the visa extension and immigration at CM appear happy to use your old copy. i.e. don't throw the old printed TM30 away...

May 2023 Jomtien asking for residence certificate and must be obtained on the day you apply for the Visa

Ignore my last post.. the online TM30 system now has a print option. It looks very official so I assume that it will be accepted when renewing your visa..
