Bangkok is facing a critical surge in PM2.5, prompting urgent action from the government. 


Speaking at the Sustainability Forum in  Bangkok yesterday, the Prime minister said he was aware of pollution problems. Bangkok's governor was considering asking people to work from home.


The Clean Air bill is expected to be passed into law next year and an air management committee will be established.

Authorities seized around 50 million methamphetamine pills in what is believed to be Thailand's largest ever drug bust.
