Thanks Hmmm, google says there's lots of hits for a search, try this: Le Fenix, Sukhumvit Soi 11 Here's just one of them: http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g293916-d650309-Reviews-Le_Fenix_Sukhumvit-Bangkok.html Looks pretty upscale for me. I kind of like the Federal also there on Soi 11 but not so far down: www.federalbangkok.com It's somewhat downscale by comparison but I've stayed there 4-5 times in the last year.
