90 day if leaving the country

Recommended Posts

If I have a 90 day due just before I leave (returning via reentry permit), and say the plane leaves 4 days after it's due, can I just ignore the 90 day and leave, or should I get the 90 done before I exit? Not sure if it's an issue.

There would be no issue with immigration at airport when you exit.

Slight chance of io noticing when you apply for TM47 90  after you return. (Unlikely)

You don't do it online?

You still have to report.

Up to you if you want to risk the 2,000 Baht fine.

II think I'm just going to do my 90 day tomorrow, then again a week before I leave in April.....not worth the risk of something being questioned. It's an easy quick drive and only takes a few minutes to do. Thanks guys!
