Chung noi Posted July 20, 2007 Posted July 20, 2007 (edited) Howdy, One of things I can always count on when we are in the village, is my wifes cousin roasting kao lahm. The sticky rice cooked with coconut milk in a bamboo stalk. He puts some corn in his recipe. They smell nice roasting along side the fresh chicken and other things he was able to catch during the day. The best thing about his recipe, is the they taste. I would like to try to make some kao lahm here in farangland, and started wondering what might be good in them. Anyone have any ideas or anything to try? Thanks, for all the other tips and recipes I have found in the Thai and Western Cooking posts. I have fun cooking and have enjoyed reading the past posts. *j* Edited July 20, 2007 by Chung noi
