Phuket Administrative Officers told the Phuket Express that on Wednesday night (January 17th), they arrested a total of seven suspects. Six of them were Thai vendors who were found selling e-cigarettes and illegal cigarettes (unpaid tax) on the Bangla Road. One of them is a foreign shop manager. Seized from him at a shop were many items of Baraku. London Lowf Posted January 19 Share Posted January 19 Well, hopefully the "official" sellers of e-cigs and duty-free contraband on Bangla will continue as they have been for many years - I would imagine that these interlopers were shopped by the usual concerned citizens?
