First 90 day report

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Im doing my first 90 day report now soon.

Looks to be a bit of a hassle to get to the Immigration Bureau in Bangkok…?

You guys that has been doing this for a while - is it easier to go to an agent? What is the cost for using an agent and can anyone recommend a good agent around Sukhumvit, Siam Square?

It is my first 90 day so from what i read i can not do it online?

Grateful for help

That's correct.

For your first 90 day report you need to do in person or via mail.

For your first report I would suggest doing it in person.

CW has appointment option which is best idea.

You can use an agent however ongoing suggest you learn to use online option.

I use mail  as it's bullet proof

Yes it is.

Now there are recently completed bts lines which has made more options available.

Personally I drive so it's not too difficult.

Where are you located.

This attached  thread will cover some of your questions and I posted link for appointment (recommended). In that thread.

If you have lease or TM30 take that along.

As for getting there you can take BTS from Siam and then red line and finally short taxi or bike.

Or taxi all the way.

Sorry, a lot of Qs but when booking a time online is it this one i should use :

Notification of residence when staying in the Kingdom over 90 days

Yes

If you make appointment you will receive a confirmation email.

Make hard copy of that.

You can do that lower level (where the banks are) along with any photocopy requirements

There are reports of some people having done their first report online, (presumably different offices have different rules).

90 day report on line. Might be of interest to others, and for what its worth, Cheers.

Did my first 90 day report online yesterday using the TM47 website. Established my account with same day confirmation. Submitted 90 day report and received online approval (with printable receipt) within an hour.

This was my first ever 90 day report - i.e. I've not previously reported in person at Immigration (which seems to have been the requirement for initial report in the past?)"
