A 62 year old pharmacist fell to his death from a BTS station on Charan Sanitwong Road yesterday.


The man's brother told police the pharmacist had health problems and his wife was undergoing medical procedures.

 

The department of special investigation has offered a 2 million baht reward for information leading to the murderer of a japanese woman 17 years ago.


The deceased woman's parents Thailand's justice minister in Bangkok to follow up on investigations in to their 27 year old daughters death in Sukhothai in 2007.


The case’s statute of limitations will expire in 2027, the parents urged minister Thawee to exempt it from the statute like murder cases in Japan.
 
The governments department of natural resources claims the khao yai national park is safe and that it cannot be used for other purposes.


Their claim follows a statement by the Agricultural Land Reform Office that nearly 3000 rai of land may be used by farmers, and that 42 plots have already been allocated, however the department claims some of the land recipients may not be farmers and has launched an investigation.
