We all concerned about key-loggers, spy sw in computers.

What about Phone Banking? Call Amex phone banking or now even customer services. They will ask you to key in your credit card number and the pin.

Any stories or any experiences about someone else misusing this. For me, I feel it is very easy to tap a phone line than breaking into a PC.

Yes, there can be a problem. It's particularly bad when using a cell phone.

The old USA analog standard was nothing but a plain radio signal - easy to pick up with readily available radio equipment. I once had someone make an attempt on my telephone answering machine access code shortly after I had called it from a cell phone.
