I know of Air Asia, One two Go and Nok Air but is there any others?

Interested in flights between Ubon and BKK and BKK and Chiang Mai. I know Thai Air fly most routes but they're quite a bit more expensive usually.

Any promotions on for October?

AIR ASIA has 99-Baht promotions to UBON (same as UDON, KRABI, HAT YAI) frequently at the moment, but they are not to be found on the ENGLISH version of the homepage (though, if you make a booking, you of course get the cheap fare and will be surprised why u did not learn about it Before or why they dont advertise it on the english language website).

this adds up to about 630 baht including all taxes. from Ubon, you dont have any other options than AirAsia and THAI. Thai does have a cheap Promo rate at the moment as well, but I dont know if this fare will be still available for October. Just call their hotline, they will teach u about that.

as for CM, more options than to any other destination in Thailand. Even expensive "Boutique-Airline" BangkokAir gave away Tickets for as low as 500 Baht plus Tax to fill the seats in the low season (I booked such a cheap seat to CM with them few days ago for August, just 1.010 Baht including everything.

1-2-go have a Promo of 799 Baht INCLUDING the Taxes, 10 seats available on every flight, but I guess this will only go until end of September.

But still, a lot of options......
