Visa Expired What To Do Now...? Urgent Need Of Advice!

Featured Replies

I came here on tourist visa later on my visa was changed...so i was working here for past one year.

my visa is extended later on many time... as my agent told me that i need to extend it several times to get a 12 months visa.

my agent was saying its okay you will get visa all te time. and suddenly now it saying sorry the application is rejected. and so i m on expired visa now. the visa was rejected as the company turn over is a bit low this year as stated by the thai govenment. I was fine last year but this time as my company is export based the falling value of doller made the turnover low.

now as my Visa is already expiered what will happen with me ??? how can i apply again??? i dont want to go back to my country.

my country is india and i m Bechelore in commerce.

can anybody suggest me any thing in this situation???????

It is a little difficult to answer you because I cannot clearly understand your situation. I believe that when you say “visa”, in some cases you do mean visa and in some other cases you mean permission to stay or extension of stay but I do not know where you mean which.

At any rate, if your employer’s gross revenue (turnover) is too low to qualify you for an extension of stay you simply have to continue to get a non-immigrant visa category B from a Thai consulate in the region.

If your last permission to stay has already expired, you are on overstay and have to pay a fine when you leave the country.

The fact that your visa has expired does not matter; it is your permission to stay that you should not let expire.
