Hmmm will be interesting to see what happens to this guy.   Maybe he was disrespected and lost face.

Natural reaction.... Fill them full of lead.

Go pay homage to local monks and all is forgiven,  after you flick 500 baht to any relatives.

I wonder how much coverage this will be given before it's swept under the carpet.

According to the police report, the suspect reportedly confessed to the police officers that on the incident day, he was intoxicated and drove around the town. While he was at an intersection, at a traffic box, there was a human-drawn figure, he then shot at the figure as he believed it was a person looking at him, said Rungroj

After that, the suspect reportedly stated that the victims looked at him wrong making him infuriated, and he then tailed the victims and shot them causing the truck to plunge into the canal. The suspect then went down and shot at them with more than 10 rounds of bullets and drove back to his room, according to Rungroj.

Needs to be put away for a very longtime.... preferably solitary confinement, just in-case someone should look at him wrong.

"It was reported that Rungroj held firearm-related offenses in 2023 as locals reported that he often shot at the sky."

Which is the first signal that the gun owner should probably not have guns.  Responsible gun owners don't go firing rounds into the sky.  This is tragic.

Never forget, looking at somebody can result in death.

I never realised Thais were so touchy, until I noticed the change in behaviour as the alcohol consumption increased.
