The Patong Police told the Phuket Express that over the past weekend they arrested a suspect identified only as Mr. Abdulwali, 38, Yemeni national. He was arrested at a grocery store in Soi Saen Sababai in Patong. He has a legal work permit but it did not allow him to specifically be a salesperson. The Patong Police did not reveal what exactly the job description is in his work permit.
