SisaketS
Does anybody know if UroFlow (tamsulosin 0.4mg) is readily available over the counter in a Thai pharmacy without prescription? I would be grateful for a sensible response.

I used to be remotely located over 500 km from Bangkok and used to get regular deliveries within one to two days from online Bangkok Drugstore. Though slightly more expensive than 800 baht, they are an excellent service. Popular Post Sheryl
In Thailand there are 2 brands: Uroflow and Harnal OCAS. Most pharmacies will carry it (real pharmacies that is, ones with actual pharmacists). Also readily gotten from online pharmacies: https://bangkokdrugstore.com/product/harnal-ocas-0-4-mg-30s/ https://medtide.com (at the above you must create an account first, then search) https://medisafepharma.com/ (this one, you have to use the Messenger function) https://www.facebook.com/FulfilPharmaPattaya All of the above will ship nationwide 1 1
