webfact Posted March 28 Share Posted March 28 Pattaya —A Thai man in Pattaya was arrested around midnight on Thursday, March 28th, for erratic behavior and trying to stab a municipality officer. The Pattaya City Special Affairs Radio Center was notified of the man at 00:06 AM and immediately dispatched officers to the scene at the flyover on Sukhumvit Road at the entrance of the Father Ray Foundation. Upon arrival, officers found a Thai man, whose name could not be immediately identified, acting erratically and speaking incoherently. The man in his 30s or 40s was wearing a football shirt and shorts. During an attempt to apprehend him, it was reported that he tried to stab an officer with a sharp weapon. He was then taken to the Pattaya Police Station to calm down.
