One of UK’s most wanted men arrested after 27 years on the run

Featured Replies

So, that means they could not find him in for 27 years. That´s excellent police work.

This raises so many questions.

How did he maintain a passport for 27 years?

What visa was he on?

How did he support himself in Thailand?

and, more importantly, what has he up to in Thailand?

I'm thinking this lowlife continued his behavior here, seeing it's not easy to stop when you're a sexual predator. The police there said, no matter how long you hide, we will find you. They didn't find him. He came back, maybe to atone for his sins when he's too old to worry about jail? He obviously had either money and or connections to stay here. Renewing a passport at his embassy would have surely had him detained, so he might have had a fake one before he came here.

I'll ask him if I happen to run into him sometime! :whistling:

He may have had a passport from another country. Article says he failed to attend court. Therefore, not convicted and on court bail. Extradition wouldn't apply even if he'd been located. Returning to UK wasn't wise although an outstanding UK arrest warrant wouldn't have been any problem by itself. He may have been located and under surveillance. Suspect airline passenger flight list might have been his undoing?

There's no "maybe" with you, it's a definite!

To give it, you have to take it my friend.
