Children take most of their facial bone structure from their dads, with some other features from mom. When they hit their 20's, more of the certain genetics might begin to show, or even earlier. My daughter here, along with my other 5, all have a lot of my genetics, but their mom's were all pretty, and the other 4 girls are also pretty and strong shapes. My son also, especially after he started lifting weights. My daughter here started with curly hair like mine, and now it's mostly straight like her moms, but dark brown like mine, whereas her mom is typical Thai jet black. Rounder eyes like me, and light brown skin like mom. My ex has black eyes, and I have green, with my daughter here having turned to brown, which was my eye color for many years until they turned green. My daughter was huge at birth at 8 months, larger than my other 5 who had western moms, so that's a difference, especially seeing her mom is slim and Thai. She is almost as tall as her mom at 9, but her mom's family are all tall for being Thais, so I'm thinking she will be the tallest of my children, as most are average in height. One of my hopes is that she doesn't inherit diabetes, which my son, brother and a couple aunts and uncles had, along with my ex, her mom, and 4 brothers and sisters. Hard to tell until they're past teen age what they'll look like as adults.
