Looking for Revia / Naltrexone in Bangkok

I did a google search and a thread on our forum here appeared and I read it...but it was from 2017.

 

Does anyone know of a doctor and/or hospital or pharmacy in April, 2024 where I can buy or be prescribed

I'd suggest the OP try the Behavioral Medicine department at Bumrungrad hospital, or its equivalent department at Samitivej hospital.  I don't know if either one will have it, but that would be my first call.  Very reasonable price to talk to a Doc and find out what pharmaceutical options may be available for someone looking to go that way.
