Who is "suppressing" the reporting of it?  Or do you just mean that the fire is being extinguished?

I wonder if insurance will cover

Please explain why you first thought is insurance, are you suggesting insurance fraud?

This was the offices for an expense complex. If it is insured, any payment will be withheld until fully investigated by the police and the insurers themself. Any faults, failings or lack of diligence by the owners will see a reduction or non payment of any claims.

Very strange that there are 2 rollaway beds under the stairs and a lobby sign outside

Why?  It's a villa resort complex which offers extra beds if required and a 24 hour reception.

Why not? It's a forum and you posted a topic.

And I am still wondering. Will insurance pay up?

I just explained, if it is insured, they will investigate and the amount paid out will depend on those findings, and adjusted if the owner if found to be at fault in anyway. That is the same in any country, and the higher the claim, the more the insurance company will look.

Seems some people think all fires are insurance fraud, when in fact attempted arson and the cause of the fire is most of the time easy to detect, based on the seat of fire, presents of suspect material/items, CCTV, multi seats of fire, fire development, etc.

Responders will have no interest in if the premises are insured or not, that will be left to the police, forensic team and insurance loss adjusters.

Fully agree, this picture from the video posted above, clearly shows the ground floor office area, which has suffered some expected water damage.
