I am in Thailand since 1 year, can I ask the local police for such document? Is this type of service available here? They told me it should be issues by the country I reside. No big deal, just went where the RTP site said to go with the usual copies of passport, etc., and filled out a form, had a photo taken there and wait for I think about two weeks. Not everyone is a criminal in Albania and it was for work. One needs a residence permit and a work permit to be able to work there.
